Embodied Sexuality Integration
Ethics & Consent
At our training and other services, working with the body, emotions and sexuality is understood as a deeply sensitive and transformative process.
Because of that, ethics, consent and responsibility are not secondary topics — they are the ground on which this work exists.
This work is guided by presence, care and respect for individual boundaries. There is no interest in pushing experiences, creating intensity for its own sake, or reproducing dynamics of pressure, performance or expectation.
A grounded and responsible approach
Trauma-informed and body-centered awareness
Each body carries its own history. Sensitivity, pleasure, fear, desire and protection can coexist at the same time.
Our approach is trauma-informed and somatically oriented, which means:
-
respecting individual pacing
-
listening to the nervous system
-
valuing regulation over intensity
-
allowing experiences to unfold gradually, without force
Participants are always invited to stay connected to their own bodily signals and to choose what feels appropriate for them in each moment.
Consent as an embodied, ongoing process
Consent in this work is not a single moment or a formal rule — it is an ongoing, embodied dialogue.
A “yes” can change into a “no” at any point.
Pausing, adjusting or stepping out is always welcome.
Silence is not consent. Curiosity does not imply obligation.
Participants are encouraged to communicate clearly, honestly and without needing to justify their boundaries.
Clear boundaries and shared responsibility
Clear boundaries create safety, and safety allows depth.
The facilitator is responsible for:
-
holding a clear and respectful container
-
communicating guidelines transparently
-
supporting a safe relational field
-
intervening when needed to maintain integrity
Participants are responsible for:
-
honoring their own limits
-
respecting the boundaries of others
-
engaging with the process with awareness, care and honesty
This is a shared responsibility rooted in mutual respect.
Agreements that support the process
To support a safe and meaningful experience, we work with a set of shared agreements, including:
-
Respect for personal boundaries at all times
-
No pressure to participate in any exercise
-
Freedom to pause, adapt or opt out
-
Clear verbal communication and embodied listening
-
Confidentiality of personal experiences shared within the group
-
Personal responsibility for one’s emotional and physical experience
These agreements exist to support trust, not to restrict authenticity.
What this work is — and what it is not
This work is not about sexual performance, achievement or crossing limits.
It is not about fixing anyone or creating specific outcomes.
It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support.
The focus is on awareness, integration and conscious choice — within clearly defined ethical, relational and personal boundaries.
A conscious invitation
Participating in this work is an invitation to meet yourself with honesty, presence and responsibility.
Conscious sexuality can only emerge where safety, consent and integrity are respected — both inwardly and relationally.
