A JOURNEY OF DISCOVERY
MY STORY
From an early age, I have been driven by a deep search for meaning, self-knowledge, and freedom.
Throughout my life, I have explored different teachers, traditions, and approaches, discovering in the body, sexuality, and consciousness powerful pathways for transformation.
This journey led me to bring together Eastern and Western practices, ancient wisdom and contemporary knowledge, guided by a constant desire to better understand myself and the human experience — and to translate these insights into real, accessible, and transformative experiences.

2014
First encounter with Neo-Tantra and Classical Tantra, beginning my studies in their philosophies and practices.
2018
Trained as a Tantric Therapist at Instituto Metamorfose with Deva Nishok and with Dyhan Prem (Otávio Leal) at Humaniversidade.
Beginning of my journey as a therapist.
2019
Initiated into Reiki Levels I and II by Dyhan Prem. Completed training in Tantra and Somatic Sexuality with Paula Fernanda. Began my studies in massage therapy and naturopathy at Humaniversidade Holística.
2020
Training in Tantric Psychotherapy at Instituto Satya Kali.
2021
Kashmir Tantra Yoga with Thiago Goulart and Advanced Energy Movement Techniques (TAME) training with Marcus Machi.
2022
Non-Verbal Hypnosis Levels I, II, and III (Marcelo Behn), Tantra with Master Ananda Prem, and Somatic Consent with Mathias Swenteck.
Creation of ESI and the first two training cohorts.
2023
SkyDancing Tantra (Margot Anand), Yi Zhi Chan and Kong Jin (Alejandro Gomez).
First ESI specialization cohort in psychotherapy and online sessions.
2024
Shamanic Sexuality (ISTA I – Laurie Handlers), Emotional Listening and Wild Body of Love (Raquel Minako and Ron Oren), Genital Dearmoring (Rahi Chun), and Isekhen Kundalini (Inês Soares).
First ESI specialization cohort for working with couples.
2025
ISTA II and Metamorphosys (Rex Rafiq).
First advanced retreat, Alchemy of Desire.
2026
Creation of the Pleasure in Feeling ecosystem.
INTEGRATING KNOWLEDGE
A PRACTICE IN CONSTANT EVOLUTION
Hundreds of books, practices, articles, exchanges with fellow professionals, and participation in dozens of training programs, retreats, and immersive experiences in Brazil and abroad have allowed me to develop a consistent therapeutic approach focused on meaningful and lasting change.
From this integration emerged ESI — Embodied Sexuality Integration, my own approach, bringing together body, emotions, mind, and energy to support processes of healing, expanded awareness, and the experience of a freer, more present, and authentic sexuality.
I have worked with and taught hundreds of men and women, helping them better understand their bodies, sexuality, patterns, and emotional challenges. I have accompanied processes of healing, releasing blockages, reconnecting with pleasure, and building more conscious relationships.
